It's funny how life gets crazy and you simply can't find the time to keep up - maybe we need more hours in the day. I am so excited that after 3pm this afternoon - it's HOLIDAY TIME! Well school holidays anyway, we won't be traveling anywhere until January. Soooo I have decided to do a stint of "POTD" or "Photo of the day". Many people have been doing it for years whether it be for one month or a whole year, I have decided to start with 6weeks and straight away (as with anything I decide to commit to) I think 'what have I done?' LOL. I want to do it as it will give me a kick up the behind to make sure I make the most of the holidays and do some interesting things. I look forward to sharing my daily blogs for you all!! So stand by and please share this blog- some more followers would be great!
Cheers,
Bri!

Talk about slack
OMG I have been super slack - so in 18mths since my last post we have relocated to Bundaberg and love it. The locations up here are nothing short of breathtaking - crystal clear water, gorgeous beaches, beautiful gardens and wonderful old buildings. Oh and did I mention farms - as far as the eye can see....breathtakingly beautiful.....so yes I am loving this sea change.
However with a sea change when you have a business comes the need to rebuild your business. When I moved I had no contacts in Bundaberg at all! I have managed to make some great friends and spread the word of my business about the place and get some following. It is hard when there are such talented photographers here too - great inspirations.
The biggest breakthrough is the nearing collaboration with a new business opening here in Bundy, I hope to get a huge boost in bookings for newborn photography and family photography. I have had a great number of wedding inquiries back in Brisbane - which I will happily travel for all of this is a huge plus for me. I have already had a few shoots up here and here are just a few (hehehe) of my favourite pics from a couple of locations.
My two inspirations at our favourite escape!
Just a little piece of paradise.

The colours at this location are great!
This family were my first in Bundy - Thank you for the opportunity.
Another of my firsts and these guys were lots of fun! Thank you.
There really is nothing like the feeling of getting WOW shots at my sessions. The greatest compliment I get from clients is "tears in my eyes" when I get that reaction, then I know my job is done. It is the greatest buzz someone can give me. I promise not to leave it so long between blog postings again.
